Responsibilities:

  • Execute, assign, record and clasification of product documents with SAP environment and MS office tools
  • Naming, classification and proper storage of inward documents from suppliers
  • Checking and release of documents according to order text, EB standards, international directives and standards
  • Clarification with engineering/purchasing or suppliers
  • Compilation of mechanical seal documents for customer submission
  • Initiate improvements ideas to automate the process to enchance the lead time with quality consistency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of science or any related department
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as document controller in product industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Strong workable knowledge in MS office tools : Excel, Word,Outlook,PDF editing tools
  • Workable knowledge in SAP environment
  • Preferred knowledge in Automation tools – Excel macros, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.,
