Role overview
Engineer, Security Engineering Automation role supporting AI-assisted automation and intelligent workflows for cybersecurity teams.
The team builds scalable integrations and automation solutions across diverse cybersecurity functions.
Location and work model
- The role is based in Bangalore, India.
- The work model is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Connect cybersecurity platforms and automate repetitive processes for consistency and reliability.
- Apply source control, test-driven development, CI/CD, and secure software development lifecycle practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, business analysis, systems analysis, consulting, and system design.
- Investigate and evaluate software solutions to determine feasibility.
- Use generative AI, prompting techniques, suitable AI models, and security guardrails in solutions.
Experience and qualifications
- Computer Science graduate or equivalent degree.
- 2 to 4 years of overall experience.
- Foundational Python knowledge, including loops, functions, and JSON data.
