Role Overview
Operate and monitor RO and STP systems to support continuous and efficient plant operation.
Ensure treated water meets required quality standards and discharge or reuse requirements.
RO Operations
- Operate feed and high-pressure pumps, multimedia and activated-carbon filters, cartridge filters, RO membranes, dosing systems, CIP systems, pressure vessels, and associated piping.
- Monitor RO recovery, reject flow, permeate quality, membrane performance, and CIP requirements.
STP Operations
- Operate screening, grit removal, equalization, biological treatment, clarification, filtration, disinfection, and sludge-handling processes.
- Monitor biological performance and maintain appropriate MLSS, sludge age, DO, and other process parameters.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and instruments.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, abnormal process conditions, differential pressure, membrane fouling, scaling, low recovery, and poor treated-water quality.
