Manage part and component qualification through PPAP and FAI across the product lifecycle
Lead supplier qualification, assess risks, define process parameters, and verify supplier capability against engineering requirements.
Support new product launches by ensuring supplier quality compliance.
Follow up with suppliers for root cause analysis and corrective actions on quality issues
Review and improve supplier manufacturing processes, driving value and efficiency.
Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Poka‑Yoke, MSA, and PFMEA techniques
Provide concise, complete, and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility.
Conduct on-site/virtual audits to verify corrective actions related to supplier quality issues.
Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system.
Preparation & Validation of First Article Inspection.
Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
Manage and coordinate supplier Material / Non-Material cost recovery for Supplier Quality issues.

Strong planning and prioritization capabilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
Proficient in soft skills, including Excel and presentation skills.
