Job summary
The Quality Engineer ensures rotor blades meet Nordex quality standards and customer requirements throughout manufacturing.
The role covers inspection, in-process quality control, non-conformance management, supplier support, audits, documentation, customer interface, and continuous improvement.
Location and employment
- The role is located in Tiruvallur.
- The position is generally available on a full-time basis as well as in other flexible working-time models.

Inspection and process quality
- Perform final inspection and acceptance of finished rotor blades and verify dimensions, structural integrity, paint quality, and surface finish.
- Conduct customer witness inspections, support product release, and disposition defects before shipment.
- Monitor in-process inspections and manufacturing procedures and support process validation and set approval activities.
- Detect deviations and non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions.
