Responsible for the incoming inspection of Additive manufacturing powders, powder characterizations and prepare the test reports.
Manage metallurgy laboratory with hands on experience in working with optical microscopy.
Preparation of metallographic samples, microstructure analysis, and provide the report on the metallurgical findings.
Shall have experience with precipitation hardened (PH) alloys, Ni-alloys, Ti-alloys, Al-alloys, and stainless steel.
Maintain laboratory and equipment, ordering and stocking of laboratory supplies.
Create necessary material specifications for parts/materials, maintain the test records as the quality QMS requirements.
Shall have good knowledge of mechanical testing, chemical composition testing and able to communicate with the partner testing labs and get the testing completed.
Shall have knowledge about the heat treatment, failure analysis, welding, and NDT techniques (MPI, FPI, RT, UT etc.).
Knowledge and experience in Additive Manufacturing is added advantage. Will be provided with the opportunity to work on R&D project involving new materials development and adoption to AM.

B. Tech/BE in Metallurgy with 2-3 years of experience or diploma in Metallurgy with 5-6 years of experience.
