Document Control and Quality

• Follow document control, archiving, CDM, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence are issued and filed appropriately.
• Coach junior staff in document control and quality processes.
• Implement delivery and quality measurement processes.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Proven building services design experience and significant experience in a similar role or a demonstrated strong track record are required.
• EngTech, IEng, or equivalent qualification, a Building Services Engineering degree, and accredited engineering body membership are stated as expected qualifications.
• Excellent working knowledge of BS, CIBSE, and IOP is required.
• Experience taking feasibility studies and concepts through detailed design, specification, and tender is required.
• Good presentation skills are required.
• Fluency in English and strong understanding of technical terminology are required.
• A valid passport is required.

Software and Qualifications

• Experience with Hevacomp, H2X, and manufacturer software is required.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project knowledge is essential.
• International codes and membership of IMechE or IET are advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and at least four years of relevant experience are stated qualifications.
