Role Overview
As a Program Manager at Linamar, you will oversee engineering projects from conception to execution, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are completed on time and within budget.

R esponsibilit ies
• Lead engineering projects through all phases of development, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate , up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies.
• Other duties as required .
