This role will be responsible To ensure efficient planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer requirements, optimize resource utilization, and maintain smooth workflow across manufacturing operations. Production support including participation in daily shop floor management, implementing work packages from change requests, master data maintenance, and supporting LEAN initiatives.
Purpose of the role, responsibilities and deliverables:
Product responsibility:
Coordination and implementation of work packages from change requests as part of life cycle management.
Creation and maintenance of E-numbers.
Creating, maintaining and checking work plans and work instructions (e.g. assembly instructions, test instructions, etc.).
Maintaining and checking material views for production planning.
Collaboration on product transfers for existing series products and new products from MS3.
Carrying out time studies and maintaining the data in SAP.
Production support:
Supervision of production groups regarding master data and production process.
Participation in daily DSM with takeover of resulting work packages.
Initiating and participating in problem-solving workshops on 8D & A3.
Moderation and implementation of cardboard engineering.
Implementation of Ergo Checks.
Optimization:
Take over the management as well as cooperation and support in KAIZEN and Lean projects and activities.
Implementation of continuous improvement of local manufacturing processes.
Production planning:
Planning of production layouts.
Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or bottlenecks.

Analyse capacity and load to optimize machine utilization and workforce allocation.
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Maintain bill of material and routings for standard products.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production delivery to customer, production efficiency, and quality complaints.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and reduce lead times.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve planning conflicts.
Flexibility in the Mini Factory:
Supporting necessary measures in the Mini Factory, which are defined by the MF Manager, e.g. in the event of substitution, in exceptional situations.
Carrying out the disposition / orders: SAP BANF, clarification of parts in MAFIS, invoice workflow
The Person – Profile & Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum Qualification: BE Mechanical / Industrail Engineer / Production (REFA training, technician, master craftsman or technical studies)
3 - 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing environment in a multinational organization is mandatory.
