We are looking Production Engineer for Operations department at Endress+Hauser Flowtec India Private Limited at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra Location

About the position:

The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) objectives.

The role involves daily shopfloor management, process optimization, continuous improvement, manpower utilization, production order execution, and coordination with Planning, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Industrial Engineering functions.

The incumbent will drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and digital manufacturing practices while ensuring compliance with E+H quality and safety standards.

This position will report to Head of Production / Production Manager

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Industrial Engineering is an added advantage.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in assembly, machining, welding, fabrication, coating, instrumentation, process equipment, or heavy engineering manufacturing is preferred.
