• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a technical resource for Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
• Certifications: Lean Manufacturing Certification preferred Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred IPC certifications preferred

• IPC certifications preferred
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably within a high-reliability or contract manufacturing environment. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing process development, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement Design for Excellence (DFx) opportunities to improve manufacturability, quality, reliability, and cost. Working knowledge of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole Assembly, Press-Fit Technology, Solder Rework, Thermal Profiling, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and X-Ray Inspection. Experience supporting quality planning and process control methodologies, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and related quality management system requirements. Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, RoHS, and other applicable industry standards and customer requirements. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Must qualify as an ITAR-compliant U.S. Person.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment
