What You’ll Be Doing
Provide expert application engineering support for Hydrostatics products, delivering innovative and technically robust solutions for diverse customer applications.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Systems/Application Engineering teams to develop and implement customer-focused solutions.Serve as a trusted technical advisor to OEMs, distributors, and internal stakeholders, addressing product-related inquiries and application challenges.
Translate customer requirements, market trends, and application insights into actionable recommendations for product development and portfolio enhancement.
Manage Customer Request Notifications (CRNs), including requirement clarification, documentation, and execution through CRM and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.Act as a project coordinator for CRN activities, ensuring timely completion of customer-driven product modifications and engineering requests.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, application guides, training materials, and product-related content.Participate in Product Development Process (PDP) launch teams and support engineering change management activities.
Support problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts related to product performance, quality, and customer applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design Engineering, Application Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Experience working with hydraulic, hydrostatic, or fluid power products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and customer application development.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex engineering projects and deliver results within established timelines.
