Seeking a Procurement & Estimation Engineer to source, negotiate, and procure technical equipment and materials, review engineering drawings, and manage tender processes. The role involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance teams to support project execution.

Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and procure technical equipment, materials, and services
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to align purchases with project needs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
- Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and compliance
- Manage purchase orders and track inventory for project timelines
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams on procurement strategy
- Study tender documents including drawings, project specifications, BOQ, scope of work, contract details, and conditions
- Prepare man hour calculations for various activities
- Analyse vendor technical offers and commercial offers in view of project specifications and standards
- Prepare and maintain project planning chart and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QC, Stores, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify delays and implement corrective actions

Key Responsibilities

- Implement tender strategy as communicated by the proposals/estimation manager.
- Liaise with the operations team to establish execution and reflect the same in estimation.
- Establish direct cost resources required to execute various activities.
- Prepare man hour calculations for various activities.
