Position Information
Engineer Lead position in the Engineering and Facilities department at a Marriott property on King Fahad Road in Riyadh.

The role combines equipment maintenance, facilities operations, inventory coordination, process improvement, and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, electrical equipment, and facility equipment.
- Calibrate control and measuring devices, operate equipment shutoff valves, and recommend equipment replacement.
- Order, label, and store parts and supplies while maintaining inventory and purchase order records.
- Inspect tools, machines, and equipment and use computers to enter and retrieve work information.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards and incidents, store flammable materials safely, and complete safety training.
- Improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings through new work methods.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required.
