Engineer-Lead

Position Duties

Parts and Inventory

• Order, label, and store parts and supplies as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and purchase-order logs.

Team Leadership

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, disciplining, motivating, and supporting employees.
• Serve as a role model within the department.

Safety and Service

• Follow chain safety and security policies, report maintenance problems and incidents, and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Store flammable materials properly and maintain a clean, complete, and professional uniform.
• Anticipate guest maintenance needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Support quality standards and improvements in efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree recommended.
• Four to six years of related work experience recommended.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Required Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.

Workplace and Physical Requirements

• The position is scheduled full time and is not remote.
• The role requires prolonged standing, sitting, and movement, as well as climbing stairs, service access points, or ladders.
• The role requires bending, reaching, turning, and handling loads of varied size and weight, including loads up to 12 kilograms independently.
