Position Information
The position is a Lead Engineer in the Engineering and Facilities department.
The role is full time and classified as non-management in the source posting.
Location and Work Setting
- The position is located at a hotel on King Fahad Road in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The work includes equipment and facilities maintenance, forklift operation, ladder and stair use, and movement across inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Engineering and Facilities Duties
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances, equipment, and facilities systems.
- Recommend equipment replacement and calibrate controls, indicators, and gauges.
- Identify, locate, and operate shutoff valves.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines and record work information using computers.
- Operate the forklift and store flammable materials safely.
Inventory and Improvement Duties
- Order, label, and stock parts and supplies as needed.
- Maintain purchase-order and inventory records.
- Identify, recommend, develop, and implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
