Bachelor's or Master's degree with significant experience in software engineering.
12+ years Experience developing Windows desktop applications or systems/software applications.
10+ Experience sustaining commercial software products and debugging complex legacy code.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong C# and .NET Framework expertise including WinForms, LINQ, collections, asynchronous programming, parallelism, and debugging.
Microsoft SQL Server with ability to write efficient SQL queries.
Understanding of algorithms, performance optimization, and software design principles.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and secure software development.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI pipelines, Git, Windows Services, multithreading, TCP/IP, IPC, and exception handling.
Good to have: Windows imaging/configuration, automated UI testing, networking (DNS, TLS), embedded C++.
Ability to understand complex technical and scientific requirements
Ability to travel occasionally (5-10%) for collaboration with global teams.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
