Engineer III, Electrical

Execute sustaining activities including issue resolution, ECO implementation, and component obsolescence management .

Perform root cause analysis of field and production issues and implement corrective actions.

Support testing, validation, and qualification of design changes.

Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities within electrical and embedded designs.

Evaluate alternative components and design approaches in collaboration with senior engineers.

Support design for manufacturability and cost initiatives.

Collaborate with systems, mechanical, and software teams to support system integration and verification .

Contribute to requirements definition, interface development, and test planning .

Participate in design reviews and technical discussions , providing data-driven input.

Work with global R&D teams (Finland, US, Singapore) to support knowledge transfer and ongoing product support.

Partner with manufacturing, quality, service, and sourcing to resolve issues and improve product performance.

Collaborate with Business Unit Product Management to support execution aligned with product priorities.

Owns and delivers electrical and embedded subsystem solutions .

Drives execution of design updates, issue resolution, and validation activities .

Contributes to product performance, reliability, and cost improvements .

Supports the development of R&D capability in Hyderabad .
