Configure and maintain Workday modules and support the integrity of data flows between Workday and integrated downstream systems.

Workday experience: At least 1 year's experience in any integration or technical field with a desire to specialise in Workday integrations.
Integration management: Ability to monitor integration health, troubleshoot data flow issues, and investigate system failure alerts across connected platforms.
Cross-functional partnership: Someone who enjoys working across People, Finance, and Technology teams to improve system interoperability and operational processes.
System maintenance: Experience managing system testing, feature deployments, platform upgrades, and creating clear technical documentation.
Growth mindset: Strong desire to deepen technical knowledge in Workday, integrations, and the broader People Tech ecosystem.
