Role Summary
The PAC Service Engineer handles installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support for precision air conditioning and associated cooling equipment.
The role supports data centers, telecom sites, IT facilities, and commercial establishments while maintaining uptime and meeting SLA commitments.
Installation and Commissioning
- Install, test, and commission PAC units and associated cooling systems.
- Verify site readiness and compliance with engineering drawings and safety requirements.
- Conduct performance testing, prepare commissioning reports, and coordinate with project teams, customers, and subcontractors.
Preventive Maintenance
- Perform scheduled maintenance on PAC, CRAC/CRAH, chiller, condenser, CDU, FWU, and related systems.
- Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, control panels, sensors, and refrigerant circuits.
- Submit maintenance reports and recommendations to improve equipment reliability.
