Role Overview
The Site Factory Coordinator organizes and coordinates product finalization, packing, and material control for outgoing factory projects.
The role connects factory activities with project-site execution and serves as a primary contact between factory and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Support design, deployment engineering, R&D, production supervisors, and factory foremen with knowledge and experience.
- Prepare project site execution in the factory and coordinate factory-to-site transition activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Track factory work, material lists, packing, schedules, quality, and observations during assembly.
- Prepare progress reports for project managers and construction managers.
- Provide stakeholder feedback and lessons-learned presentations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field.
