Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor/Diploma degree in Electrical/Electronic/Controls & Instrumentation engineering or a related field.
• Skills:
• Troubleshooting Electromechanical control systems equipment (Continuous manufacturing equipment)
• PLC (AB, SIEMENS, DELTA, MITSUBISHI)- programming & trouble shooting.
• VFD & SERVO – (ABB, SIEMENS, DELTA) –Programming, tuning (PID), commissioning & troubleshooting.
• HMI & SCADA – (AB, SIEMENS, DELTA) –Programming & troubleshooting.
• Communications – (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus) – Diagnose complex communication & troubleshooting.
• Controllers – Temp.controller using PID & ON/OFF
• Knowledge of Electrical power systems (transformers, DG, Motors, CB, Distribution systems...etc.)
• ABC/VED Analysis
• RCA & FMEA
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic & Pneumatic System troubleshooting
• Understands Power & Control system drawings
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in maintenance/automation within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Added advantage Previous experience in Cable manufacturing Added Advantage
• The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment within their scope in optimal condition at all times
• It includes carrying out tasks as follows
• Lead the controls scope for capital expenditure (Capex) projects, managing automation installations from initial concept and panel design through to commissioning and validation.
• Direct external system integrators and equipment vendors to ensure new production lines align seamlessly with factory standards and IT/OT architecture.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, system architectures, and bills of materials (BOM)
