• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or closely related discipline. 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated geotechnical design and analysis experience within a consulting engineering environment. Experience supporting environmental, mining, water, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of soil and rock mechanics, groundwater fundamentals, geotechnical and geohazard assessments, foundation engineering, and earthworks engineering.
• Software experience: gINT, OpenGround, PLAXIS 2D/3D, GeoStudio, SLIDE, SLOPE/W, Settle3, L-Pile, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States.
• Experience supporting US-based geotechnical projects.
• Familiarity with California seismic engineering practices.
• BGV:
