Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent qualification.
Core Skills
- Awareness of desktop applications and Windows operating systems.
- Awareness of communication and information processing.
- Awareness of basic networking, datacenter, and security concepts.
- Awareness of Mac OS.
Certifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional or CompTIA A+ certification.
Field Services Responsibilities
- Support organizational IT systems and help maintain efficient computer and network operation with high uptime.
- Assemble and install client desktop computers and assist end users with hardware security.
- Provide hands-and-feet support for maintenance and hardware, software, and network queries.
- Support daily technical activities for computers and endpoint devices.
- Update support tickets, configure and test desktop peripherals, and perform policy-compliant system changes.
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting and maintain technical documentation.
Windows Technical Skills
- Install and troubleshoot Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11 independently.
- Install and uninstall desktop applications and add or remove computers from domains.
- Update group policies and perform disk management, disk encryption, wireless configuration, and service checks.
