Job Summary
Develop, optimize, and refine product designs for manufacturability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, technical compliance, and client requirements.
Support continuous improvement and successful product delivery.
Design Responsibilities
- Create engineering designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, simulations, and prototype tests.
- Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.
- Prepare bills of materials, assembly instructions, maintenance manuals, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews, production trials, client discussions, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Suggest process improvements and remain current with manufacturing technologies and design software.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Comply with applicable QHSE standards, policies, procedures, inductions, and training.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions and take corrective action within scope.
- Follow QHSE guidance and use PPE and emergency equipment correctly.
- Support a safe work environment and cooperate with safety practices.
