About the Role
SETE Energy Saudia is looking for an Engineer Chief Housekeeping to supervise cleaning and housekeeping works, manage resources, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires advanced knowledge of WCC methodologies, project management skills, and experience in facility management.

Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning and housekeeping works
- Instruct and guide cleaning and housekeeping employees
- Conduct reports for completed cleaning and housekeeping works
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
- Supervise and monitor cleaning and housekeeping safety plan
- Verify, create, and manage facility equipment/assets and their locations
- Ensure checks are carried out regularly before and after execution of activities
- Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems
- Estimate, prepare, and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate resources
- Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and monitoring reports
- Fulfill health & safety responsibilities as per Company Policy and OHSAS 18001

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises cleaning and housekeeping works.
- Instructs and guides the cleaning and housekeeping employees while working.
- Conducts reports for completed cleaning and housekeeping works.
- Ensures that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Supervising and Monitoring of cleaning and housekeeping safety plan.
- Ensure all information related to the work area are accurate and up to date.
- Verify, create, and manage facility equipment/assets & their locations.
- Ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis before and after execution of activities.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
- Estimates, prepares, and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure site have adequate resources to complete the activities.
- Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
