Engineer BIM

Must have full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred)

Must have 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.

Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit in MEP , Navisworks.

Proficient in creating the Revit Schedules.

Creation of Parametric Revit families .

Knowledge of Dynamo and Revit API will be added advantage.

Coordinate MEPF services within multidisciplinary BIM models to identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and potential conflicts in design and construction.

Generate clash detection reports and work with project teams to facilitate issue resolution and coordination efforts.

Extract accurate quantities and data from BIM models for cost estimation, scheduling, and other project-related purposes.

Knowledge of COBie implementation and 4D to 7D deliverable at LOD 350, is added advantage.

Review, estimate and give inputs into delivery schedules and level of efforts required to produce deliverables.

Create and maintain all BIM documentation not limited to BEP, MOM, LOD matrix.

Create and maintain quality checks and follow standards for project and Revit content deliverables.

Excellent in English communication and prestation skills.

Strong Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills.

Demonstrate positive attitude, high ethics, and working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.
