Job Objective
Support Aftermarket Automation and Controls developments, retrofit upgrades, critical software challenges, and IIoT content for ACG machines.
The role supports automation and controls service activities across ACG engineering, pharma packaging, capsule, and inspection businesses.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support software and IIoT development and execute upgrade projects in-house and at customer sites.
- Provide development support for machines and handle PLC, HMI, SCADA, and servo-based system challenges after installation.
- Provide online technical support, customer training, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
- Prepare service and online support reports and evaluate hardware and software solutions for retrofit upgrades and network integration.
- Modify and test PLC and SCADA backups and support IIoT, MIS integration, testing, validation, and documentation.
- Recognize sales opportunities and communicate aftermarket leads through the CRM platform.
- Share knowledge with internal team members and service engineers.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Diploma or BE qualification is required.
- Minimum relevant experience is 3–4 years.
- Desired experience is 5–6 years.
