Role Overview
Genpact is hiring an Engineer focused on application support.
The role supports application performance, troubleshooting, user enablement, testing, deployment, and policy compliance.
The position is associated with office work in Gurugram and a day shift.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors.
- Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference.
- Provide training and support to end users on application functionality.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new applications and updates.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or information technology, or a master's degree in software engineering.
- Relevant certifications listed include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and Microsoft Office Specialist MS Access.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
