Role Overview
Genpact is hiring an Engineer for application support work in Gurugram.
The role focuses on maintaining application performance, resolving technical issues, supporting users, and assisting with application releases.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or system errors.
- Collaborate with developers on fixes and enhancements.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference.
- Train and support end users on application functionality.
- Participate in testing and deployment of applications and updates.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level.
Required Skills
- Agile methodology, collaboration tools, design thinking, ITIL framework, Microsoft Access VBA, process automation, release management, robotic process automation, technical support, and Unix shell scripting.
