Role Overview
Genpact is hiring an Engineer for application support work in Bangalore.
The role supports business applications within an AI and digital innovation environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors.
- Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference.
- Provide training and support to end users on application functionality.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new applications or updates.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- ITIL Foundation certification from Axelos is required.
- Proficient English language skills at C2 level are required.
