Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise applications to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.

Work with end users, IT teams, developers, and clients to resolve system issues, recommend enhancements, and support application upgrades.

Provide first- and second-level support and documentation for troubleshooting, resolution, reproduction, or escalation of end-user issues.
Perform post-resolution follow-ups and own root cause analysis for complex system issues.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues, requests, and questions.
Create workaround procedures when standard procedures fail and resolve issues promptly.
Respond to helpdesk tickets.
Consult with software development teams, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
Assist DevOps with application-specific alerts.
Report support ticket resolution progress and results.
Participate in an on-call rotation of no more than one weekend per month.

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or a similar field.
2-4 years of experience with systems implementation and support.
