Role overview
Lead customer innovation engagements for AWS PACE across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
Help enterprises turn generative AI, agentic systems, and cloud-native ideas into working technology prototypes.
Partner with Prototyping Architects to deliver multi-week engagements that de-risk transformation and accelerate production adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Build and pilot an innovation opportunity pipeline across KSA and the GCC.
- Qualify opportunities by assessing business outcomes, customer commitment, and the path to production.
- Define time-boxed prototypes with clear success criteria based on customer outcomes.
- Coordinate customers, AWS architects, and partners from kickoff through engagement close.
- Advise senior leaders on emerging technology and investment decisions.
- Share repeatable delivery patterns across the global PACE community.
- Represent customer needs internally through feedback to AWS service teams and product roadmaps.
Basic qualifications
- At least 3 years of technical product or program management experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred qualification
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
