- Own the full engagement lifecycle from Discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, production deployment, and performance monitoring
- Translate enterprise client needs into scoped AI solutions, designing AI Co Worker logic and user experiences
- Build and manage deployment roadmaps, scoping builds and delivering under pressure across complex, multi stakeholder environments
- Serve as the primary client facing lead throughout the build phase, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication at all levels including C suite
- Lead cross functional delivery teams across data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, ensuring alignment and high quality outcomes
- Manage change requests and maintain delivery momentum while protecting scope and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 10 years of professional work experience, including 5 years in Product or Consulting; Product Management experience highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience working and leading via the agile methodology
- Demonstrated ability to move from strategic ambiguity to an executable plan
- Confidence leading cross functional teams and operating at C suite level
- Strong bias toward ownership, delivery, and outcomes over recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to drive clarity from ambiguity, synthesize complex data, and articulate recommendations

About the Role
- As an Engagement Lead, you own the full lifecycle of building and deploying an AI Co Worker from Discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, production deployment, and performance monitoring.
- You lead the team that builds, and you are accountable for the outcome.
- Working directly with enterprise clients, you will translate client needs into scoped AI solutions, design AI Co Worker logic and user experiences, and build deployment roadmaps.
