The Role

  • This is a hands on role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain. You'll help grow Moona across two fronts: bringing in the right clients, and shaping how the brand presents itself to the market.
  • Because we're an early stage team, the work is broad and the impact is direct you'll have a real hand in how the company develops.

What you'll do

  • Identify and reach prospective clients—founders and senior leaders—and guide them through early conversations with care and discretion
  • Manage client relationships from first contact through to delivery, keeping projects clear and on track
  • Shape and run Moona's marketing: content, social presence, and outreach that reflect the brand's refined, minimal voice
  • Support positioning and campaigns that grow awareness without compromising the brand's quiet, intentional tone
  • Contribute to building the company—processes, materials, and ideas that help Moona scale thoughtfully

What you'll bring

  • Experience in sales, marketing, client services, or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
  • A feel for premium, understated brand language—you understand that restraint signals quality
  • Comfort working independently in a small, high trust team
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • An interest in branding, executive positioning, or personal brand strategy is a strong plus
