About the Role
CATL seeks an Energy Storage Service Sales Specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage end-to-end commercial cycles for LTSA contracts, supervise project timelines, coordinate cross-departmental issues, and support overseas serviceability.

Responsibilities
- Engage early in the bidding phase and oversee the entire process of LTSA operation and maintenance contract negotiation, review, and signing to ensure timely closure of commercial procedures
- Closely monitor milestone deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, drive execution according to schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure on time project handover
- Organize regular coordination meetings and problem review sessions, escalate critical issues as needed, and track progress to ensure efficient and closed loop resolution
- Proactively allocate commissioning personnel, tools, and spare parts to ensure resources are ready in advance, enabling smooth on site commissioning activities
- Identify, respond to, and resolve serviceability requirements from overseas clients
- Facilitate the introduction of new products in overseas projects, including technical documentation and after sales material handover
- Manage product repairability, implement serviceability improvements, conduct FR reviews at each project stage, assess service impacts of design changes, evaluate service risks of deviation approvals, and provide service solution support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, Electromechanics, etc.
- Strong capability in node control and schedule supervision, adept at cross department collaboration, meeting coordination, and escalation of complex issues
- Project management experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, and Excel for data processing)
- Fluency in English and the local language for business communication; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage

- Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, Electromechanics, etc. Candidates from other disciplines with exceptional communication and presentation skills will also be considered.
- Strong capability in node control and schedule supervision, adept at cross department collaboration, meeting coordination, and escalation of complex issues.
