• Provides Tier 2/3 support for escalated incidents across hardware, software, and networks.
• Executes deployment, upgrade, and refresh projects in accordance with IT standards.
• Installs and maintains complex end-user devices, peripherals, and specialized equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves recurring/systemic issues, escalating to vendors as necessary.
• Documents technical procedures, solutions, and contributes to the knowledge base.
• Mentors and trains junior staff to enhance team skills and outcomes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to support integrated systems.
• Recommends process and service improvements for efficiency and reliability.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree
