To help with making SSP a more flexible and modern workplace. Implementing a standardised hardware and software solution throughout the organisation. Testing these new solutions before they are rolled out to the business. Working close with Vendors and 3 rd parties to introduce new products. Capable of deploying, configuring and administering Microsoft Teams to optimise SSP’s collaboration strategy. Migration of data and file storage to a Microsoft Cloud solution.
Deploy, maintain and support other regions on the Phone solution base on an integration with Microsoft Teams and VoIP system.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Determine an iterative approach to migrate users to Microsoft Office 365.
Use Windows 10 & Windows 11 administrator tools such as Intune, Auto-Pilot, MDM, MDT, WDS, and ADK.
Configure remote management and remote desktop access.
Moving to a Modern Desktop with Windows 11 and Office 365.
Manage Windows security with UAC, Windows Defender Firewall, Antivirus, and encryption

Deploy and recover Windows 10 & Windows 11.

Configured a centralised OS Deployment Tool. (SCCM, WDS, MDT, Autopilot)
A good understanding of OneDrive for Business and SharePoint
Experience in using an MDM solution.
MS Certification: MS-900; MD-100; MD-101; MS365-500; MS365-700
A very good understanding of Azure Active Directory
Understanding of old OS Systems including Windows XP and Windows 7
Previous knowledge on VoIP solutions
Microsoft 365 Teamwork Administrator Associate (MS 365-100).
Experience in desktop management systems like SCCM or Kaseya
Involved with cloud solutions for Printing and File storage.
Experience working in a high-pressure environment.
Has hands on experience with using and configuring SharePoint
Experience with a large user migration to Office 365 and Teams
Has a great knowledge of Exchange and Messaging system
Establish a data governance strategy for Teams
