Role
The Doorman creates positive first impressions and supports guest service at the hotel entrance.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.
- Open and close doors and assist guests with entry and exit.
- Assist with luggage and coordinate with the Bell Desk when required.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and directions.
- Keep the entrance area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with Security and Front Office teams to support guest safety and smooth operations.
- Manage entrance traffic flow, including taxis and private vehicles.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor daily events, VIP arrivals, and in-house activities.
- Report suspicious activity or safety concerns to Security immediately.
- Maintain grooming standards and a professional appearance.
- Support busy periods and special events and communicate relevant information to the next shift.
