Responsibilities
- Conduct regular camp visits and engage directly with employees.
- Develop and implement employee welfare, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.
- Organize sports, cultural, social, recreational, and CSR activities.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee welfare concerns.
- Work closely with HR and Operations to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.
- Develop employee recognition and long-service initiatives.
- Monitor welfare trends and recommend improvements to management.
