Herbalife seeks an Employee Technology Experience Technician II to provide operational support including IMAC requests, desktop infrastructure support in office and lab/warehouse/manufacturing environments, and event support.

Responsibilities
- Provide service and user support during maintenance checks or dispatches.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and find accurate solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
- Provide technology support as needed for events.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Accurately document solutions related to complex issues.
- Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved.
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Preferred: CompTIA A+ or equivalent
- 3+ years professional experience in both office, and lab/warehouse/manufacturing environments.
- Customer centric, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, passionate about technology.
- Ability to lift and move hardware.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Products.
- Familiarity with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, ups or other devices.
- Working experience with Active Directory, MDMs, ITIL Service Management and ticketing systems.
- Must be able to work onsite along with OT that may be required at times.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or additional 4 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
