We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Employee Relations Advisor to join our team!
In this key role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to managers across various divisions in your region.
You will play an essential role in the implementation of the company’s HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring the promotion of best practices in employee relations management.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the employees' experience and their engagement, thereby directly contributing to the success of our organization.
In close collaboration with the Employee Relations Business Partner, you will participate in various HR projects while providing hands-on support to managers.
