Overview

Customer Experience
- Offer a tailored customer experience through active listening, genuine curiosity, and expert brand and product knowledge
- Educate customers on our brand values on the shop floor
- Be adaptable to different customer needs and adjust to varied traffic patterns
- Actively demonstrate products as part of the customer experience
- Using Random Acts of Kindness as explained by your manager to make your customer’s day
Team Involvement
- Show up to each shift with a positive attitude and ready to contribute to the team
- Contribute and engage in staff meetings and training sessions
- Be open to change and seek feedback from your team
- Work as a team with everyone in the store
Operations and Brand Standards
- Help create and maintain a customer oriented and inviting shop atmosphere
- Be accurate and efficient on the till and with cash/credit card handling
- Maintain store cleanliness standards
- Stock products display to appropriate levels and rotate stock for freshness
- Carry out opening and closing procedures efficiently
Development and Progression
- Use reviews and monthly one on ones to take on board feedback and receive coaching
- Learn from your team by sharing best practices and product knowledge
- Take ownership and responsibility in the store as directed by management
Requirements
- UAE national ONLY (Emirati)
- Must be 18 plus years old
- Holding High School / Diploma or Bachelor certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Motivated, proactive, and goal oriented
- English well spoken
- Able to submit a Fitness Medical Certificate
- Not having an Active Working Permit
- Should not be self employed
