Adirondack Studios seeks an Emirati Information Technology Specialist to ensure smooth operation, security, and reliability of IT systems in Dubai. The role involves installing and maintaining hardware/software, providing technical support, and managing user accounts.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT related problems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure data security and implement backup and recovery procedures
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides
- Coordinate with third party Technology Solutions Provider for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment
- Assist in planning and implementing IT upgrades and new technologies
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and cybersecurity protocols
- Support audiovisual and communication systems (e.g., video conferencing, VoIP)
- Train staff in IT systems and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, backup solutions, and enterprise software like SAP
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
