Key Responsibilities: Support departmental processes and maintain accurate records and documentation Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications for the department Handle data entry, system updates, and generate reports as required Assist with tracking and following up on department-specific tasks, deadlines, and deliverables Serve as a liaison between the department and other internal teams or external partners Prepare presentations, forms, and other administrative materials Monitor and manage department-specific tools, systems, or databases Provide general administrative support such as filing, correspondence, and logistics Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental procedures Qualifications: What’s On Your Plate? High school diploma or equivalent education Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills
