About the Role
LEDFlex seeks a motivated Emirati Admin and Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with marketing campaigns. This role is open to UAE Nationals only, including fresh graduates, and offers hybrid work in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Assist with HR and office administration tasks as needed
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate social media content and monitor online engagement
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
- Maintain customer and marketing databases
- Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and external vendors
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
