About the Role
D P Bora Superspeciality Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow. The EMT will respond to medical emergencies, provide initial assessment and basic life support, and assist in triage and patient transport.

Responsibilities
- Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital and associated facilities
- Provide initial assessment, basic life support, and stabilization of patients
- Monitor vital signs and administer approved medications and interventions under supervision
- Assist in triage and patient transport to designated departments
- Document care and maintain emergency equipment and supplies
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in shift based schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Solid foundation in Emergency Services and EMS
- Certification aligned with NREMT or equivalent recognized EMT/Paramedic credential
- Paramedic or EMT level training with practical experience in pre hospital or in hospital emergency care
- Working knowledge of medicine relevant to emergency care
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Role Description
- Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital and associated facilities.
- Provide initial assessment, basic life support, and stabilization of patients.

- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to document care.
- Maintain emergency equipment and supplies, ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in shift based schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Emergency Services and EMS.
- Certification aligned with NREMT or equivalent recognized EMT/Paramedic credential.
- Paramedic or EMT level training with practical experience in pre hospital or in hospital emergency care.
- Working knowledge of medicine relevant to emergency care, including basic pharmacology, trauma care, and acute medical conditions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: current BLS/ACLS certifications, familiarity with emergency medical equipment, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, experience in hospital or critical care setting.
