EMEA Servicer Evaluations

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, operations, business management, communications or English.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing, operations, audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages or credit.

Tools and Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to incorporate AI into analysis are preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines.

Office Attendance

• Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week.
• Final-stage candidates must attend at least one in-person interview, ordinarily at the nearest S&P Global Ratings office.
