This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON for an Embroidery Supervisor.

Night shift - 4.30 pm to 1am

The Embroidery Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the embroidery department, including managing staff, ensuring quality standards, maintaining equipment, and coordinating production schedules.

This individual will supervise and train team members, troubleshoot production issues, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial embroidery machines and software for troubleshooting and guidance.
• Extensive experience with Embroidery Digitizing Software (Tajima preferred / Ioline acceptable) for creating and modifying embroidery files (CDR to EXP, adding stops, grouping, DST format).
• Manage production schedules, prioritize tasks, and proactively ensure deadlines are met. Adapt to a dynamic, high-pressure environment with fluctuating priorities.
