Role Overview
Develop embedded products for automotive and critical power applications across the complete hardware and firmware lifecycle.
Work with hardware, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality products.
Hardware Design Responsibilities
- Design analog and digital circuits, develop schematics, select components, and design multilayer PCBs using EDA tools.
- Perform PCB bring-up, hardware debugging, validation, and signal integrity analysis.
- Conduct prototype, qualification, endurance, environmental, and reliability testing.
- Maintain engineering documentation and coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.
Embedded Software Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain STM32 firmware in C and C++, including drivers, interrupt handlers, timers, and peripheral interfaces.
- Implement CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, I2C, RS-485, TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, and Modbus communications.
- Develop automated tests and Hardware-in-the-Loop solutions, validate firmware, and resolve defects.
- Integrate embedded subsystems and support architecture, code reviews, releases, and root-cause analysis.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of embedded systems development experience in an R&D or product development environment.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong STM32 firmware development and C/C++ programming skills are required.
- Experience with embedded architecture, real-time software, RTOS platforms, testing, debugging, and version control is required.
- Experience with circuit design, multilayer PCBs, hardware bring-up, signal integrity, and embedded hardware integration is required.
Additional Skills
- Experience with Altium Designer or KiCad, electronic test equipment, and Hardware-in-the-Loop validation is relevant.
- Knowledge of three-phase power systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organization, safety, and quality-focused skills are expected.
